Really Hot Music’s Management & Public Relations Group has designed an A+ strategy and has incorporated a proven real‐time communication network that accesses the right people in a number of media outlets such as magazines, news groups, radio stations, label executives, online forums, distribution and other social media outlets. Unfortunately traditional approaches to PR are becoming outmoded. Our Web‐Based Data Relations System helps Artist Clients in an Internetenabled world to fundamentally change the way they access and communicate with both the media and the public, optimizing their public relations and increasing their ability to measure its impact.

Aside from our direct access communication network, our use of our Web‐based Data Relations System addresses the critical functions of public relations, including media relations, news distribution and results monitoring of all communications made on behalf of our clients. By automating and integrating the essential elements of PR functions, our services help Artist Clients of all music genres communicate directly with key representatives of music organizations and media outlets, identify and analyze relevant communications results and manage relationships on Artist Clients behalf.

As a part of our services to Artist Clients, we access a proprietary information database of over 800,000 contacts consisting of ever level executive or staff member, journalists, analysts, media outlets and publicity opportunities. Our database contains extensive information about the media contact, including in‐depth profiles, contact schedules, podcast interviews, pitching preferences and other relevant information compiled by our dedicated media research team. Our database is integrated with our strategy modules that together address the communications life‐cycle from identifying key contacts, to distributing information, to closing the loop with digitized feedback and management analytics.

We provide two types of services. The first, is retaining Really Hot Music’s Public Relations Group to represent you as an Artist in the Public Relations realm for a fee of $350.00 per month that include all of the services above as well as additional services such as Press Releases, Biographies and MySpace and Web‐Site Designs and access to other Really Hot Music Divisions for an additional fee. The other is through purchasing a Data List specific to A&R’s, Radio Station Music Directors or Supervisors, Music Programmers or Directors, Music Licensing Contacts, Record Label Executives etc. for a fee of $99.00 per list. We also provide Custom List specific to your request for a fee of $150.00 per list. We provide these lists in any and all music genres.
